1940年代のUS.NAVY WATCH CAPをベースに製作しているニットキャップ。 

ホールガーメントで製作後にあえて綿糸４本ロックミシンで縫製し天井も6枚はぎ、剥畦編み、段リブ、減らし目という技法を用いて一つのニット帽を製作しました。

当時帽子専門工場はなく手袋やジャケットのリブを製作する工場で一緒に編まれていたため、途中までは同じ工程で編まれたのち縫製されていました。

そのディティールをそのまま落とし込んで製作しています。

サイズはフリーサイズで56-63CMの方がストレスなく被ることが可能で、キックバックのある伸縮性のある糸を編んだ帽子です。

This knit cap is produced based on the 1940s US.Navy watch cap.

After being made by WHOLEGARMENT, the cap is sewn with a 4-strand cotton lockstitch machine, and the ceiling is knitted with the techniques of 6-ply, ribbed, and reduced stitching.

At that time, there were no factories specializing in hats, and hats were knitted together at factories that produced ribs for gloves and jackets, so they were knitted and sewn in the same process up to the halfway point.

The details of the hat were incorporated into the production process.

This hat is a free size and can be worn by 56-63CM people without stress, and is knitted with elastic yarn with kickback.
